Last week, we discussed the intricacies of evaluating mental wellbeing programs.

We looked into evaluation approaches insights based on data and the significance of establishing nurturing work environments for employees to flourish. However, our dialogue extended beyond that point. We also talked about the ramifications, for company culture, management and the evolution of work, as a whole.
