About

Our Approach

Acknowledging the critical role of decision-makers' well-being in driving business success, we adopt a holistic approach. Our method helps our clients, whether companies, banks, or venture capitalists, in evaluating the mental fitness of their employees, entrepreneurs, business owners, and managers. This assessment aids them in achieving their financial and business objectives. In contrast to traditional methods focused on financial metrics, we prioritize the evaluation of mental fitness to pinpoint associated risks.

By running surveys, we combine qualitative and quantitative methods. In our data analysis, we utilize association analysis techniques from data mining to uncover correlations between various types of questions. This includes general demographic inquiries (e.g., age, occupation), questions directly related to mental health and well-being, and indirect questions. The latter serve to validate responses to direct queries, mitigating the risk of response misrepresentation.

When evaluating mental well-being, we examine various contributing factors, including symptoms of stress and burnout, workplace factors at individual, team, and job levels, metrics beyond the workplace, and physical well-being indicators.

It is important to note that correlation does not imply causation. Therefore, our analysis is mindful of this distinction and emphasizes the need for cautious interpretation of findings. This provides a range within which the true population parameter is likely to fall, enhancing the reliability of our results.
